The competition adopts a "double-blind competition system". Before the official start of the competition, all participating team members are unaware of the competition subjects and competition order. During the rescue operation, the observers of other teams and the independent scorers of the competition will monitor the whole process of the rescue. If there is any safety hazard, the competition can be stopped or suspended at any time. The independent raters of the competition will comprehensively evaluate and assign points to the participating teams in 8 aspects including "captain's command and rescue ability, rescuer safety, wounded safety, equipment use, and skill use".
After two days of intense competition, all the teams finally completed the competition. The Beijing Fire and Rescue Corps Special Service Detachment, Chongqing Fire and Rescue Corps, and Spain Barcelona Fire Brigade won the top three in total points; Fire Brigade, Hungary Budapest Fire Brigade, Yunnan Fire Rescue Corps, Sichuan Fire Rescue Corps Astra Rescue Team, Belgian Namur Fire Brigade, Guangdong Provincial Fire Rescue Corps Special Service Brigade, and France Marseille Fire Brigade won the top ten in the group total score.

It is believed that this head-to-head confrontation with the top three teams of GRIMPDAY will be a challenge for each participating team, but also a rare opportunity for immersive learning, communication and finding gaps. With such exchanges and discussions, it is believed that each participating team will have new thinking, whether it is the rescue method, on-site command, or the development direction of the team in the future. Let us look forward to the arrival of the next competition!
